What's included in your stay? - Accommodation - All-inclusive meals (this includes all food and beverages for your trip, alcohol & room service included) - Hotel tax and gratuities - All wedding events & activities Please note, airfare is not included. Travel with Awestruck will arrange your travel for a $50 ticketing fee if you would like. See 'Flights and Travel' for more information. Shuttle and Transportation will be arranged from airport.

Booking Information and Deadlines

We have held a certain number of rooms in each room category, so we kindly request that you book as soon as possible to ensure that your preferred room is available. A $200 non-refundable room deposit is required to reserve your room at the time of booking. The second payment of 60% of the room's total balance is due on December 15, 2025. Final payment is due on March 1, 2026. We must release all of the rooms that have not been booked into the group block by March 1, 2026, so all reservations must be made and paid in full by this date. After March 1, 2026, all payments are non-refundable unless travel insurance is purchased. If you choose to purchase optional travel insurance, the insurance premium (total cost of travel insurance) is due within 21 days of the time of deposit. Is there a payment plan? Yes. After receiving the deposit, you may make as few or as many payments as you'd like as long as 60% of the balance is paid by December 15, and the reservation is paid in full by the final payment due date (March 1, 2026). Do I need a passport? Yes, all US travelers, including infants and children, must have a passport. We recommend checking your passport now to see if you need to renew. Please don't wait until the last minute! If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date. The U.S. State Department recommends that international travelers have six months of validity on their passport after their return trip date. A passport card or enhanced driver's license is NOT valid for air travel. The only acceptable document is the passport book. Please visit the U.S. Department of State website to learn more about the application process. US Customs and Border Protection recommends that any child under age 16 traveling without both legal guardians should have a notarized Child Travel Consent signed by both legal guardians. Having the consent notarized decreases the chances of travel authorities questioning its validit

How to Reserve Your Room

Click the "view" button below to book your room. Guests who are sharing a room should designate ONE person to fill out the form on their behalf (one form per room, not per person). 1. Gather your room's information. We will need the full passport name and date of birth for each person in your room. If you are still waiting for your passport, please use the name you used or will use on your passport application. 2. Complete the form in its entirety. Select the number of passengers who will be staying in your room, and the form will dynamically create spaces for everyone in your group. Only the fields marked with an asterisk * on the form are required. 3. Submit your information. Once we receive the form, we will review, book your room, and then send an invoice for you to review and approve before you pay your deposit. You will receive your invoice with a link to pay the deposit within 48 hours from the time you click submit 4. Relax and enjoy. After you have paid your deposit, we will keep you informed on upcoming payment dates and deadlines, so you don't need to worry about keeping track. The Travel with Awestruck team will be standing by to assist you with any questions you have or support needed from the moment you complete your request form until you have returned from this celebration.

We have reserved rooms in the room categories listed below. Each rate is listed PER person, PER stay for the room category and number of nights listed. The rates for one person to stay alone in a room at all-inclusive resorts are much higher than the per person cost of two adults sharing a room. Please note: These rates assume a check-in on Wednesday, May 13th. You may request a different check-in date, but rates may vary slightly.

Flights and Travel

While the couple requests that you book your room in our group block, you are welcome to book your own airfare. Due to contract deadlines, we recommend booking your hotel room as early as possible and adding flights when you're ready. ** Important Information Below ** If you book your flights, please forward your airline confirmation email to alexis@travelwithawestruck.com no later than March 30, 2026. This is how we schedule your transportation pick-up at the airport and drop-off at the hotel. The best airport option for this hotel is Los Cabos International Airport. When searching for flights, the airport code is "SJD." Failure to submit your flight information by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your transfers. If you would like assistance with flights, we are happy to help! A $50 ticketing fee is included in all of our air quotes.

Travel Insurance

Because group reservations at all-inclusive resorts are pre-paid and non-refundable, travel insurance is encouraged to protect your investment. Life is unpredictable, and plans can change. The cost of insurance is based on your age, your state of residency, and the total cost of your trip. As such, travel insurance prices will be quoted for each guest. Without insurance, there will be no refunds from the resort should your plans change. Without insurance, you will also not have medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events. Your US health insurance will not work outside of the United States. If you would like to receive a quote for travel insurance, please be sure to indicate as such on the reservation form.

Why should you book into the block through Travel with Awestruck? - To ensure that your travel is seamless, the couple has paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group. - The couple has worked with Travel with Awestruck to negotiate a contract on behalf of the group. This includes special benefits and amenities, a preferred set rate on every room (protecting you from price fluctuations), and special rates for transportation to and from the airport. Groups receive priority room assignments. Booking outside the block may leave you with leftover inventory in less desirable locations. - Groups are protected if the hotel oversells. Reservations outside the block may be moved to a different resort in that case. - Groups receive VIP treatment and support through Travel with Awestruck, part of the Hard Rock parent brand. Booking outside the block limits access to these benefits. Guests who book outside the group contract: Lose access to group rates and amenities - Must pay for their room upfront rather than over time - Are not eligible for Travel with Awestruck support, including pre-departure guidance, emergency assistance, or post-trip support - May need to purchase a day pass to attend wedding events, which are limited and not guaranteed
