Welcome Cocktail Party starts at 6pm on Thursday, 5/14. Arrive at the ceremony at 3:30-3:45 on Friday, 5/15 - (located at the Serenade Terrace on property). Cocktail hour is from 5-6pm; Hors d'oeuvres will be served Dinner will be served at 6:40pm.

What is the dress code?

Thursday: All White Party - Dress Code: Beach Cocktail Attire Please wear white, cream, tan, khaki, or beige Friday: Formal/Cocktail Attire Colorful looks are encouraged - Bridal Party is wearing pale yellow. What date do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by February 15, 2025 so we can finalize details with our venue and vendors. Since this is a destination wedding, it’s especially important to know our guest count early. Please RSVP through our wedding website by the deadline via www.awestruck.com.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, our wedding coordinator will arrange airport pick up and drop-off at hotel. This travel is arranged when you send your flight confirmation to alexis@travelwithawestruck.com. You should have now received an email with all the travel details: search for "Your Travel Details are Enclosed" in your email.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at the ceremony at 3:30-3:45, the ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Both the ceremony and reception are located at the Serenade Terrace at the Hard Rock.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We'd love to include everyone, but due to limited space, only guests who received a plus one on their invitation can bring a guest. Thank you for understanding.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that childen are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The (Your Last Name) and Family".
