Lutsen Summit Express Gondola Base Station
Bluefin Bay Resort is about 15 minutes from Lutsen Mountains. We will meet at the gondola base station at 10am. Gondola parking is available on Ski Hill Road. Once parked, private boarding will be located at the main Summit Express Gondola base station. We will all meet here before boarding the gondolas.
Ceremony to take place at the top of Moose Mountain
The gondola will take us to the summit of Moose Mountain where there will be about a 5 minute walk/hike to the overlook. Please be prepared for the grass & hilly terrain.
Meet at Voyageur Brewing Company to celebrate!
Voyageur Brewing Company in Grand Marais is a 25 minute drive from Lutsen Mountains. There is free parking along Voyageur Highway, 3rd Ave W, and in front of the building. G&T will meet the rest of the family there with the North Shore's famous Betty's Pies after finishing up with photos along the coast. Who needs wedding cake when you have pie!
Free time to enjoy the area
Take some time to explore downtown Grand Marais, enjoy the rocky beach views, or head back to Bluefin Bay to freshen up, relax, and take advantage of the resort's amenities. Bluefin Bay is about 30 minutes south of Grand Marais.
Dinner Reservations on site at Bluefin Grille
Feel free to change into something slightly more casual before meeting up at Bluefin Grille where we will continue the celebrations and enjoy dinner together.
End the night with smores
After dinner, join us at Bluefin Bay's beach for a campfire and s'mores. S'more kits can be picked up at Guest Services. Make sure to bundle up as the coast can be chilly this time of year.
