15 min from Akron Canton airport and 15 min from wedding venue. Offers shuttle service to/from airport if you are flying, and has shuttle service to/from our wedding venue. Note- you'll need to book using our special rate group code in order to use the shuttle service. To use the code, find 'Special Rate-Group Code' when booking to input 'THYJUS' in order to be added to our block and have access to the shuttle services. Book no later than September 27th.

Hilton hotel block shuttle schedule to our wedding venue: 2:00pm, 2:30pm, 3:00pm and 3:30pm with 11 seats per shuttle. Upon checking into your hotel room at the front desk, you will be offered to sign up for a shuttle service time. It will be offered as a first come first serve basis. If you happen to arrive late or miss your shuttle time, make sure to coordinate directly with the hotel front desk or book an Uber/Lyft ride if needed. Fifteen minutes prior to the end of the wedding (starting at 10:45PM), the shuttles will start running to transfer hotel block guests back to the Hilton Garden Hotel. The Hilton Garden Inn also provides complimentary shuttles to/from the Akron Airport. Door 6 at Baggage Claim is the location for pick-up. If needed, hotel guests can call the front desk to request a shuttle pickup. Ubers/Lyft rides can be used for any guests staying at different hotel locations, if you miss our shuttle service, or if you'd like to leave earlier than 10:45PM to get back to the Hilton. Rates tend to be reasonable in the Canton area and are easily accessible. Note- in order to be offered for shuttle service sign-up, you need to book your hotel room using our discount code THYJUS.
Flight
Akron-Canton Airport
The Akron-Canton airport is ~15 minutes from our wedding venue and 3 minutes from our hotel block at Hilton Garden Inn, so we recommend flying in/out from this airport. If you are staying at our hotel block at Hilton Garden Inn, there will be a free shuttle service for you to be picked up from the airport at door 6 near baggage claim and brought to the hotel. The shuttle service will also be available for you to bring you back to the airport when you depart, and we advise calling the front desk of the hotel to help arrange the pickup time. Alternatively for flights, you can fly in/out of the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, but it would be ~55 minutes from our hotel block at Hilton Garden Inn and ~1 hour from our wedding venue. We wouldn't recommend this option as it would be less convenient.
