Where should we stay?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Hilton Garden Hotel, which we recommend for our out-of-town guests because the shuttle service to/from the airport and to/from the venue are included. There are also several other nearby hotel options in the area including several Marriott properties. Ubers/Lyfts are popular in the Canton area, so feel free to book rides for transportation if you'd prefer to stay at a different hotel.

Please make sure to RSVP on our website no later than August 15th!

When is the deadline to book on the hotel block?

Answer

Reservations need to be made no later than September 27th.

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Wear formal attire. Tuxes, suits, gowns, cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or pantsuits. (No jeans )

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Make sure to arrive no later than 4PM, and the ceremony will be outside in the courtyard behind the reception hall.

What if I arrive early to the ceremony?

Answer

If you arrive early, we advise enjoying some time by the water or The Piazza just past the ceremony courtyard area. The Piazza patio area is walking distance right behind The Villa Grande on the water, and they have lots of outdoor seating and games.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when RSVPing.

Can I leave my car overnight if I drove to the wedding?

Answer

Absolutely. We prefer our guests to have fun and be safe, so you're welcome to leave your car parked at the venue and retrieve it in the morning.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a photographer there to capture all the moments, so we kindly ask that you keep your phones and cameras away for the ceremony portion.

Is there a shuttle service to/from the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we have a shuttle service for our hotel block. There are scheduled pick-up times for bringing guests to the wedding venue, and the shuttle will be making continuous runs to bring guests back to the hotel after the wedding. Please note that the shuttle service only services the hotel block hotel, Hilton Garden Inn, and not other nearby hotels, so just make sure to arrange an Uber/Lyft ride if you'd prefer to stay at a different hotel.

How do I RSVP for the wedding?

RSVP responses should be submitted under the 'RSVP' tab on this website.

Are the ceremony and reception at different locations?

Answer

Nope! All wedding events will be onsite in the same location, which is the Villa Grande venue at Gervasi Vineyard.

What if it rains on the wedding day?

Answer

If we end up having bad weather, all our wedding events including the ceremony will be moved inside.

Question

What type of shoes should girls plan to wear? Will there be a time we have to walk outside on grass or dirt areas?

Answer

You can wear whatever type of shoes you'd like. The ceremony will take place outside in the courtyard area but there are paved walking paths, so you won't be walking in any grass or dirt. The rest of the wedding will be held inside in our reception hall and atrium area.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

No problem, we have a V/GF entree option available, so just make sure to select it and indicate your dietary restrictions when RSVPing.

When does the wedding end?

Answer

Our wedding officially ends at 11 PM.
