It's big. There are rides. If you walk every floor, it's about 3 miles they say.
A very pleasant walk most days to get some exercise (watch out for the turkeys, serious bikers and runners), people watch, and house gawk. There are very nice houses on both sides of the river.
It's free and there's a zoo if you're into that. The best part is the conservatory with so many plants. Thuy's favorite room is the food/spice room.
Pretty nice waterfall
Cafeteria style eatery with an adjacent restaurant if you wanna slow your meal down. Really amazing desserts!!
If you come a week early (because let's be honest, people forget summer does come to Minnesota), come see what all the fuss is about at the MN State Fair (Aug. 21 to Labor Day, Sept. 1)! If you do come for it, talk to Thuy so she can direct you to all the good food on a stick and AWAY from those yuck pronto pups.
