When should I RSVP by?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle for our guests staying in the Centerstone Plaza Hotel, the other two hotels with a room block are within walking distance from the venue. Our venue also allows campers overnight if you wish to bring your camper.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Seating for the ceremony will be starting at 3:30 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want everyone to be comfortable as they celebrate with us but request no sweat pants or ripped jeans if able.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue which is the Olmsted county fairgrounds and you are able to park there overnight. You are also able to bring a camper and park in the lot overnight if you wish.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Unfortunately we will not be having an open bar but will provide a couple of kegs of beer and a few bottles of wine as well. Our bar is being provided by Tavern 22 in Rochester and they accept both cash and card. Our soda will also be provided by them however we will provide water.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We have tried to anticipate allergies with food and will have Chipotle catering our wedding in a buffet style with several options to accommodate our vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free friends and family. There also will be no tree nuts at our wedding for our friends with allergies to these.

Ceremony at Crawford Hall at Graham Park- 4:00 pm Happy Hour at Floral Hall at Graham Park- 4:30 pm Dinner at Floral Hall at Graham Park- 5:30 pm Dance and party to follow Dinner!
