Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We understand many of our guests will be visiting from out of town. Luckily, Orlando is one of the biggest hospitality destinations in the world! With that in mind, we do encourage that our visiting guests reserve their hotel room as soon as possible to ensure availability. Our wedding blocks at each the Four Seasons Resort & Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress are both closed as of September 1st. For guests looking to reserve a room at these hotels, please contact the hotel directly to secure the best available rate.

Question

Will there be shuttle service to and from the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress to and from wedding events?

Answer

Due to the overwhelming majority of our guests booking at Four Seasons Resort, we did not have a need for pre-arranged transportation to and from the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress. For our guests staying at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, you are welcome to drive your personal vehicle to the Four Seasons Resort and valet park for the duration of each event. Since alcohol will be served at all of our scheduled events, we strongly encourage our local guests and those staying off-property to utilize rideshare transportation through Uber or Lyft. Rideshares within the Disney World Resort area range from $15-25 and are sure to get you back to your hotel safely.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available at The Four Seasons Resort Orlando at the rate of $30 for overnight guests. If you are not staying at The Four Seasons and wish to drive yourself, parking is available at a rate of $20 for the duration of the event. Since alcohol will be served at all of our scheduled events, we strongly encourage our local guests and those staying off-property to reserve rideshare transportation through Uber or Lyft. Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want you to look and feel your best while celebrating with us! Our ceremony and reception have a Black-Tie Optional dress code. For women, both floor-length gowns and cocktail dresses are welcome. Men may choose to wear a tuxedo, if they wish, or a traditional suit is also appropriate.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids! But, we have limited space and intend to party! Please make this a date night for adults only. For guests traveling with little ones, please consider the independent childcare services of Kids Nite Out, which provides licensed childcare services in your hotel room. For more information including rates and scheduling, please visit http://kidsniteout.com/in-room-sitter or speak with your hotel concierge. Reservations should be made with Kids Nite Out at least two weeks in advance.

What precautions are being taken during the wedding ceremony to help prevent the spread of COVID-19?

Answer

When you arrive at Four Seasons, your temperature will be checked by their staff, who will be masked and gloved. To comply with social distancing requirements, seating at the ceremony will be pre-assigned and grouped by household. Household seating will be arranged to ensure six-feet minimum distance between each household. To prevent unnecessary contact, your program and other materials will be waiting for you at your seat. Hand sanitizer will be available upon your arrival.

What precautions are being taken during the reception to help prevent the spread of COVID-19?

Answer

To comply with social distancing requirements, all tables will be set at least six feet apart, with household members seated together. In such cases where a table seats multiple households, there will be at least one empty seat in between each household. Hand sanitizer will be available at each table, with additional sanitizing stations throughout the event.

Am I expected to wear a mask at wedding events?

Answer

We want to keep our guests safe and comfortable while respecting the requirements of our venue. Four Seasons is requesting that guests wear a mask while in public indoor areas, such as the lobby or corridors. Since our ceremony is being held outdoors and our reception is in a private space, the use of a face mask Is not required; however, each guest will be provided with custom paper face masks, should they choose to wear them. We do ask that our guests not wear their own masks from home as we would like to keep our wedding photos as beautiful as possible.

Will dancing be allowed at the reception?

Answer

Due to restrictions being enforced for group gatherings at Four Seasons, there will be no group dancing at the reception. Of course, we know how to have a great time! Following cocktail hour and dinner, we hope you will join us for an amazing night of fun and games!

What steps are being taken by The Four Seasons staff to prevent the spread of COVID-19?

Answer

For hotel guests of The Four Seasons, rest assured that they are taking every precaution to keep you safe. While enforcing social distancing measures among guests and staff, the resort staff is masked at all times and are temperature-checked before each working shift. The air filtration systems throughout the hotel are receiving regular anti-microbial treatment to reduce the potential spread of viruses and bacteria. All high touch surfaces throughout the resort, including all guest rooms, are being treated with electrostatic disinfectant sprayers. In addition to positioning sanitizing stations throughout the resort, The Four Seasons overnight guests will also receive a Lead with Care package in their guest room providing masks, hand sanitizer, and sanitation wipes. These items can be replenished upon request throughout your stay. Wherever possible, The Four Seasons is making use of contactless procedures including guest check-in/out and placing dining orders.

What steps are being taken within guest accomodations at The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress to prevent the spread of COVID-19?

Answer

To ensure compliance with regulations, guests are symptom screened and temperature checked upon arrival. Guest rooms are cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants between guests. Standard daily housekeeping service is not available. All guests are required to wear face coverings when in public spaces – including and not limited to traveling in between their room and/or restaurants, pool, fitness center, etc. Exceptions are in place when in guest room, seated at a table in a restaurant, outdoors when properly socially distanced, when in the pool, when exercising outdoors. All employees of the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress are symptom and temperature screened daily upon arrival. All surfaces are cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants and seating in dining spaces are spread to ensure social distancing.
