Transportation: Please meet at the Arrabelle Valet & look for Vail Coach Transportation 7:00 PM - First shuttle departs 10:00 PM - Vans will circulate until all guests are back at the Arrabelle

The Vail Wedding Deck is at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola a short 5 minute walk from the exit of the Gondola. The Eagle Bahn Gondola is located in Lionshead Village- not to be confused with Gondola One in Vail Village. Please plan to load the Eagle Bahn Gondola by 2:30 pm at the latest to arrive to the ceremony site on time.

Plan to load down the gondola at 3:45pm just in time to start cocktail hour at the base of the gondola on the lawn.

The Reception will be a tented reception in the middle of Arrabelle Square. This is walking distance from the gondola and the lawn/cocktail hour.
