What percautions are you taking for COVID-19?

Answer

With COVID-19 still being a concern, masks are required for all wedding events. We will also provide socially distant seating and ample sanitizing stations in accordance with CDC guidelines. We also ask that if you are feeling ill or have been exposed to COVID-19 within two weeks of the wedding, please stay home and toast us from afar. We are looking forward to celebrating with you! Please continue to check our website as we will assure the most up to date COVID information for our guests.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

Yes, kids are welcome! We do ask you to let us know if any kids under the age of 10 are attending.

What time should I arrive?

We kindly ask guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits, cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and jackets and slacks.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both our ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, please head to Events at Haven for cocktail hour and reception to follow.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

For the ceremony, parking is free and in an open parking lot. For the reception, parking is free street parking nearby.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

We ask that you be fully present and kindly mute your cell phones and refrain from using any cameras to enjoy this special moment with us. We will happily share the photos and videos that are captured on our wedding day. For Reception Only: If you elect to post pictures on your social media accounts, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #ToastingtoThomas so we can keep track of all of your pictures!”
