We're Getting Married!

Welcome to our wedding website, we can’t wait to celebrate our special day with you. Justin met me at the front entrance for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. As we were both nervous and trying to conceal the nervous energy, I greeted him with an unexpected hug before he walked me back to our table outside on the terrace with a great view! As we sat down, excited to finally be across from one another, we ordered our drinks (strawberry lemonade of course!) and began getting to know each other. Two hours later we realized we hadn't even ordered our food yet! Well, we finally placed our order and continued talking and laughing into the early evening. After we finished eating, we continued to enjoy each other's company and 4 hours later it was time for Justin to head to work. He was such a gentleman the entire time and walked me out to my car. As we began to say our goodbye's I gave him another unexpected hug as he told me, "I really hope to see you again for a second date!" With butterflies still in my stomach and excitement on my face, he closed the car door and watched me pull out of the parking space.

As the country was first beginning its lockdown due to COVID-19, little did I know what Justin had planned for me my birthday weekend. Although the initial plans came to a screeching halt, he still managed to surprise me! The morning of my birthday we awoke at 5 am to drive about 1 hour to a beach and watch a beautiful sunrise. We finally arrived at St. Teresa Beach in plenty of time to watch the sunrise! He encouraged me to get out of the car and take some pictures together. Well, as we were taking pictures, I wanted some selfies but thought we'd be able to capture the sunrise better with the rear camera instead. Little did I know when I snapped the picture he pulled out a little black box, which I didn't notice until I viewed the picture on my phone. Astonished, excited, and shaking I turned towards Justin. He was down on one knee professing his love and asked for my hand in marriage. Still in shock with tears slowly rolling down my face, I excitedly screamed, "yes, of course!"
