Wedding Night Shuttle

Hello! Two shuttles will be making 3 trips to the venue prior to the wedding: 4:00pm 1. Best Western 2. Intersection of Railroad & Main 4:20pm 1. Best Western 2. Intersection of Railroad & Main 4:45pm 1. Best Western 2. Best Western End of Night Shuttle Guest Shuttles will occur 9:30pm - 11:00pm Two 14 Passenger vehicles running shuttles from the Barn at Sunset Ranch back to local lodging. Groups that are lodging together should plan on catching a ride together to limit wait times.

Driving Directions from “the light” in Buena Vista From the intersection of Highway 24 and Main Street, head west on West Main Street for .8 miles Turn left on Rodeo Road for .9 miles Turn right on Gregg Drive for 1 mile Turn left on CR 337B and follow the signs for The Barn at Sunset Ranch

Flight

Colorado Airport Options

Colorado has many airports based on your flexibility. Denver International Airport (DEN) is located 2.5-3 hours from Buena Vista. This is the large, international airport. Travel via the I70 corridor or Highway 285 to find BV. The nearest airport to Buena Vista is Aspen (ASE) Airport which is 47.5 miles away. Other nearby airports include Eagle (EGE) (69.5 miles), Colorado Springs (COS) (77.5 miles), Montrose (MTJ) (98.5 miles) and Denver (DEN) (105 miles)

Rental Car or Bus Transportation

With all Colorado has to offer, renting your own vehicle from the airport (or using the TURO app) will give you the chance to see all the state has to offer. The drive from DIA to BV alone is a magnificent view to enjoy! Due to ever changing weather, we always recommend having a vehicle with all or 4 wheel drive. Buena Vista is easy to access with fully paved roads, no concern for off-roading vehicles (unless you're into that sort of thing!) Bustang provides a charter bus from downtown Denver. Below is the link for the Denver to Gunnison route which includes a stop at Buena Vista. https://ridebustang.com/routes-maps/?route=gunnisongunnison-denver Guests can travel from Denver International Airport to downtown Denver for $10 via the RTD public transit lightrail.

As mentioned above, we will provide shuttles from downtown BV to the venue. If you choose to stay outside of BV, you will have to find your own transportation to the venue or to the shuttle pick up locations.
