ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your day off! Also, we have a limited number of seats in the venue, so if your tykes were not pre-arranged, they'd be left standing. Only kids related to the wedding party are invited.

WHAT'S WITH THE HASHTAG #TKMAYS2019? WHAT'S THIS DIGITAL GUESTBOOK?

Answer

Well, what is a theater premier wedding without some paparazzi? YOU ARE THE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS! If you tag your social media posts and pics of the wedding with #TKMays2019 (with or without caps) on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, anyone can find them and download them to share. And, even better, if you use your smartphones and open the website http://wed.tv and enter the code: tkmays2019 you'll go right to our digital guestbook and you can post your pics and messages for us there! After the wedding, we'll be able to consolidate it all into a physical book to remember this day forever. And in the meantime, you can see what others have snapped and posted!

HOW IS THIS CEREMONY AT A MOVIE THEATER SUPPOSED TO WORK?

Answer

We have rented an entire auditorium at the Strawbridge Marketplace Regal Theater. The doors will open at 10:00 am, where we will set up (quickly) for the ceremony in the middle of the theater. Your entry to the auditorium is a picture of the invitation so be sure to save it on your phone. Show your invitation photo, come on in, sign the guestbook, take your seats, and keep snapping photos/videos! At 10:30, the Bride will enter with her father, he will give her away to the Groom, and they will say their vows. By around 10:50, the ceremony should be done, congratulations all around to the newly married couple! Then you can grab your refreshments (alcohol IS available), hit the restroom, and settle down to watch the movie at 11:30. After Spider-Man saves Europe, the official part is done. The happy couple will depart beneath a shower of (unbuttered) popcorn and all are free to go! If you are joining us at the restaurant after-party, it starts at 3! It is no-host, so please bring your cash or credit card and let's all enjoy some great food!

WHAT'S THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

For the Ceremony, movie character costumes/attire are GREATLY appreciated, but not mandated. We want you there in full cosplay, movie tshirt, or whatever you desire. Have fun with it! For the Non-Host Dinner, casual wear is fine!
