What if we can’t make it to Montana for the wedding?
Answer
We’ll miss you, but we completely understand that travel isn’t always possible. Your love and support mean the world to us, whether you’re celebrating with us in person or from afar! We also plan to host a local, casual celebration the first weekend of August 2026, and more details will be shared as we get closer. We hope to celebrate with you then!

Are kids invited?

The wedding will be adults only with the exception of the children in our wedding party and those in our immediate family. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. We kindly request that only those named on the invitation attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at the ceremony venue no later than 3:45 pm. This allows plenty of time to be comfortably seated and fully present as our special day begins.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes. We’re working on arranging a shuttle for guests on the wedding day, and details are still being finalized. Please check back here for updates as we get closer to the event. We’ll share the schedule and pickup locations as soon as they’re confirmed.

Will transportation to and from the ceremony be provided for guests staying at Airbnbs or other non-hotel locations?
Answer
Shuttle service will be available only to and from our designated hotels. If you’re staying at an Airbnb or other non-hotel location, you’ll need to park at a hotel or arrange for a designated driver. Please note that Uber and Lyft are not available in the area, so we strongly encourage carpooling to make travel easier and more convenient!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes—there is plenty of parking available at the ceremony location, and overnight parking is allowed. Feel free to leave your car at the venue if needed and pick it up the next day.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Cocktail Attire. Please wear comfortable shoes that will not sink into the grass. (Flip flops will be available for dancing!) We kindly ask - no shorts, no sneakers and no jeans. Expect mild, sunny weather with daytime highs in the mid-70s °F and cooler evenings around 50‑55 °F. Evenings in Montana cool off quickly, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl to stay comfortable.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes. Your comfort means a lot to us! If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP. We’ll do our best to ensure there are safe and delicious options available for you on the wedding day.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! There will be an open bar with plenty of options, including beer, wine, seltzers, and several mixed drinks. There may be some limitations, but there will still be plenty to enjoy!
