6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

We'll be serving a laid-back BBQ dinner with all the classic favorites, giving everyone a chance to relax, reconnect, and enjoy good food before the big day. We can't wait to celebrate with you! Attire: Elevated Casual We invite you to dress comfortably while looking polished. Think sundresses, button-down shirts, nice jeans or slacks, and casual footwear suitable for an evening of food, drinks, and celebration.

Ceremony

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided for guests staying in Polson and at Ninepipes Lodge. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your selected departure time. There will be only two shuttles to the venue, so please plan accordingly. SHUTTLE #1 • 2:45 PM – Departs Red Lion Inn, Polson • 3:05 PM – Departs Ninepipes Lodge • 3:20 PM – Arrives at Sky Ridge Ranch SHUTTLE #2 • 3:15 PM – Departs Red Lion Inn, Polson • 3:35 PM – Arrives at Sky Ridge Ranch RETURN SHUTTLES • Return shuttles will run between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM for transportation back to Polson and Ninepipes Lodge. • The final shuttle will depart Sky Ridge Ranch promptly at 11:00 PM.
