When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than August 25, 2025.

Transportation to and from the venue.

Answer

We want you to relax and safely enjoy our Big Day. That’s is why we have arranged complimentary shuttle to and from the wedding location. Shuttles details: Departure location: Holiday Inn & suits Culpeper First shuttle: Departs at 4:30 PM -> Arrives at the venue by 4:45 PM Second Shuttle: Departs at 5:00 PM -> Arrives at the venue by 5:15 PM Return trips: Shuttle will run every 1.5 hours starting at 8:00 PM, making it easy to head back whenever you’re ready.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we recommend arriving early enough to park and find your seat without any rush or disruptions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available on-site, and a parking attendant will be there to assist guests.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only event. We hope you can join us for a well-deserved date night!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Let’s celebrate in style! Gentlemen are encouraged to wear tuxedo and ladies are welcome to wear a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing white, cream, beige or jeans.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Duo to the capacity of our venue, we're only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. Your invite will indicate whether a plus one is included.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is planing to be outside on the grass just a remind for the ladies with heels. Inclement weather condition; in the event of heavy rain the ceremony will take place inside. The cocktail hour will be inside as well as the Reception.

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that no photos be taken during the ceremony. However, we encourage you to capture and share all the fun moments from the reception and party!
