Promptly at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive between 4:00pm and 4:20pm so that we start on time and there are no interruptions.

Yes! We will have a complimentary coat check at the venue.

No, the library is only a couple blocks away from the hotel block, and there are many ubers & lyfts available in Providence. The venue address is 225 Washington Street, Providence, RI. If you don't put in the correct address, it will take you to the incorrect entrance.

There are several public parking lots near the venue that you can park in, but there is no parking at the library.
