In 2013, Madelyn invited Haley to an Enid High School Football game. Before the game, she texted Haley. "How do you spell your name?" This was a clever ploy... she had forgotten Haley's name. Hannah is Haley's cousin and exactly 1 week older... something she never let Haley forget ;) Haley's childhood is filled with memories of sleepovers and adventures they will never tell their parents about. Alexandra (Ally) and Haley met in a sorority at OU. They bonded over their boredom at mandatory sorority events and lived together for four years! Kalsey and Haley met on a sorority big/little double date... they were not each other's initial matches but they left the other two in the dust as soon as they hit it off talking about art and music. (Photo from Haley's 25th bday) Kalsey is incredibly humble, driven, and resourceful.

Jamie and Haley started as coworkers and Haley basically forced Jamie to be her friend (Haley thought she was so cool). Susan and Haley started as coworkers (really, Susan was Haley's boss). Haley thought Susan was one of the coolest people she ever met and as they became friends, she learned that cool was an understatement when it came to describing Susan. Thomas feels very lucky to have Tas as a friend, he is a rock for so many people. Their friendship is full of bacon, BBQ, boats, brews, football, volleyball, soccer, rivers, trips, and so much more. If you get him, Thomas, Austin M., and Charlie D. on the beach volleyball court, they are unbeatable.

Talk to him and you’re captivated by goodness. One of Thomas's best friends for life. For some reason when Tom is with him, he feels like his chances of an adventure-related-death go up by 100%. Thomas cherishes the moments of billiards and dart games, the muscle car burnouts, golf days, hikes, trips, and spontaneous calls.

“Couscous. The food so nice they named it twice!” One of the best guys you’ll ever meet. Thomas and Austin first met on the playground as kids when Thomas moved back to Oklahoma from Florida. Not having any friends at this new school on the first day, Thomas walked out onto the playground during recess. The sun was bright and he was ready to make the best of the new landscape... then BOOM -- a football straight to the bridge of Thomas's nose! It dent his face in. That’s how it happened, friends ever since.

From lemonade stands to now, Lucas is a friend that’s anchored in Thomas's life. Thomas has lost count of all the good times they've had. Hiking, scuba diving, you name it. His love for the outdoors is unmatched. One of my most memorable times with him is when Thomas broke his arm in Lucas's backyard.
