Maid of Honor
My best friend-- we met in Spanish class of our sophomore year. We learned little about the language but a lot about each other. As kids we lived across the street from one another, and now as adults and in different cities, she still finds a way to move close to me (again). Yeah... we are pretty much inseparable.
Maid of Honor
My best friend-- we met in high school through mutual friends. We were there during each other's first boyfriends, first time driving, and even first time drinking alcohol (ahem "legally”...). So it only makes sense that she'll stand by me when I take one of my first and biggest steps into marriage.
Bridesmaid
We grew up together through having pool parties, sleepover nights watching Mary Kate & Ashley Olsen movies, and to learning how to pair the craziest foods like French fries and mayo together (don’t knock it until you try it) We’ve been there through each other's best and worst times... a ride or die type of relationship. Not only is she a fellow ENFJ, but like a twin, where we really really do get each other. My friend, a cousin, and sister I never had.
Bridesmaid
We also grew up together through having pool parties, sleepover nights, and re-enacting WWE moves as kids. Although she is the baby in the family, she is one of the most loyal, trustworthy, and strongest individuals I know. I've learned so much about discipline and fitness from her and wouldn’t dare to mess or ever wrestle with her again. My friend, a cousin, and a sister I never had.
Best Man
We first met in the Academy, but to me he was like a long, lost brother. We share so much in common like our upbringing, our love for eating and punishing ourselves by working out, and our similar personalities. We lived together as roommates and then as neighbors just a few blocks away. We’ve been there for each other during some of the hardest and most difficult times in our lives, but we have worked through, battled, and overcome so many things together side by side. And it will be an honor for me to have him by my side as a best man.
Best Man
My “little”, 6 foot 3 inch brother from another mother. His mom is like a 2nd mom to me and has always taken care of me since I was little. He is like the younger brother I wish I always had and I’ve tried to guide him down the right path in life. We’ve shared so much through take out dinners at home, watching our Bay Area sports teams on TV and at their games, and at bowling and family gatherings. I was his Best Man at his wedding, and now he will reciprocate the honor as a best man at mine.
Groomsman
We grew up in the same city (Fremont), schools, and neighborhood, and actually played high school football together, but didn’t really know each other. Ironically, we ended up working together in the future and re-connected through our past. Jason and his loved ones and friends treat me like one of the family. He has helped me in so many ways and feels like a member of my family. It will be an honor to have him by my side as a groomsmen and in life.
Groomsman
We became friends through my best man Will and instantly became good friends. We have similar personalities, share a love of watching and going to all things related to sports, eating and trying different foods, and he is the “Dogfather” for my dog Cali. I’ve got the better jump shot between the two of us, but he is more generous and has a huge heart and is my “Tin Man” and an honorable member of my team in life.
Ring Bearer
My favorite and cutest nephew of all time (aka the only nephew). He enjoys eating goldfish crackers, scrambled eggs with cheese (Uncle Thomas is his favorite cook), and collecting Squishmellows. He has a memory like a robot, loves to dance to all types of music, and can pronunciate a lot of dinosaur's names better than his Auntie Dorfy. Oh and he is also Thomas' BFF.
Flower Girl
A little girl with a big personality. She loves princesses, trolls, and braiding Auntie Dorothy's hair. She does and says the silliest things to make us smile. Uncle Tommy always calls her on her birthday with his cartoon voice impressions to make her feel special. Hmm.. I wonder how many more years he can keep tricking her with his Mickey Mouse voice.
Officiant
One of the most well dressed, chill, and articulate person we know. He is my Asian brother-- someone who’s easy to talk to and can get along with right away, and also shares a love for pitbull dogs, trivia games, and delicious food (particularly caviar) haha.
