The flight from Boston to Trinidad usually isn't a direct flight. We stopped over at Miami International airport and stayed the night in a hotel close to the airport to continue our journey in the early AM. 

Tobago's airport (TAB) can be reached by a connecting flight from Trinidad (POS). These flights leave throughout the day and cost approximately $25 USD one way. 

The currency in Tobago is the Trinidad and Tobago dollar. The exchange rate is approximately $1 (T&T) = $0.15 (USD)

Tobago is the farthest Caribbean island on the Caribbean chain. It is approximately 7 miles off of the coast of Venezuela.

Bring sunscreen as it is almost impossible to find.

It is hot, hot, hot, and we are in the jungle... Parrots and other birds will be your alarm clock! 

The is not a tourist destination, that means there aren't typical  restaurants and cafes and other luxuries. We suggest stopping at the main grocery store before driving out to your rental to stock up on food and drink.
