How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can visit our RSVP page to RSVP as soon as you know if you are able to join us! The last possible day we can accept RSVP's is July 21st. We will include a paper RSVP with your invitation if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP to us as soon as you know if you are planning on attending, either by mail or by visiting the RSVP page. The last day RSVP's will be accepted is July 21st. If you do not RSVP by July 21st you will be marked as "not attending." We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "will NOT attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but you find that you cannot make it, please notify Lindsay as soon as you are aware.

Can I bring a plus-one?

We wish we could include everyone, but due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on your RSVP. If you have any questions about your party or your RSVP, please contact Collin or Lindsay directly.

Are there any group rates for hotels?

Answer

Yes! The Marriott Waterfront Hotel has provided a 15% discounted rate for our traveling guests. Details and booking links are on our Travel page.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The address of the Venue is 1393 Washington Ave, Oshkosh, WI 54901 From the Marriot Waterfront Hotel: Head east onto Ceape Ave for 0.2 miles. Turn left onto Court St and continue 0.2 miles. Turn right onto Washington Ave and continue 0.8 miles. Turn right onto Lampert St and go about 250 feet. Turn left to arrive at The Waters

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at 4:00 as listed on the invitation. You will have plenty of time to park, say hello's, and grab a seat before the ceremony starts around 4:30.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The Waters includes a free parking lot connected to the venue. The lot has 100+ stalls along with 5 handicap accessible parking spaces.

Is the venue handicap accessable?

Answer

The Waters is equipped with an ADA entrance and elevator. The entrance is located to the right of the overhang where the front door is located. There are no curbs or stairs in the way of the outdoor area and every room indoors is accessible to all.

Will there be food and drinks provided?

Answer

Absolutely! Meals, snacks, and beverages will be provided. However, you may want to bring cash to tip the bartenders.

I have dietary restrictions. What should I do?

Answer

Please indicate any dietary needs when you RSVP. The caterers will do their best to accommodate.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in cocktail formal attire. Please check our dress code page for more details on each celebration, as well as some outfit inspo! The ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels! Also, please avoid very short dresses. Thank you!!

All of the bridesmaids will be in an olive green dress.

Answer

Yes! Gifts are appreciated but never expected. You can find our registry and shipping details on our Registry page.

Can I post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We would appreciate if all photos and videos are not shared until the day after the wedding. We hope everyone will be present and too busy enjoying the day to post anything anyway!
