We recommend a minimum stay of three nights, with suggested dates of May 30–June 2 or May 31–June 3. If you’re able to extend your trip beyond those dates, you are more than welcome to do so. While the resort requires a three-night minimum stay, many guests are planning to stay five to six nights, and several are choosing to stay Friday to Friday (May 29–June 5). We hope guests will join us for the welcome cocktail party on Saturday afternoon, making an earlier arrival a great way to begin the celebration and enjoy extra time together before the wedding events. We are also planning a group activity and/or group dinner to take place during the free day window. More details will be shared as plans are finalized closer to the wedding date.

For the wedding ceremony and reception, we suggest semi-formal attire with a tropical flair. Women: Cocktail dresses, elegant maxi dresses, or dressy separates Men: Lightweight suits, linen suits, or dress slacks with a collared shirt Breathable, comfortable fabrics are ideal for warm weather. Comfortable shoes are recommended, especially if walking on sand or uneven surfaces. This is meant as a helpful guide — please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and festive for the celebration!
Yes. There is a modest dress code for evening dining, especially at à la carte restaurants. Men: Long pants (or formal Bermuda shorts) and a shirt with sleeves Women: Sundresses, cocktail dresses, or a blouse with dressy shorts or pants At buffet restaurants, casual attire is allowed, but wet swimwear is not permitted, and footwear is required in all restaurants. Tip: Bringing something a bit dressy for evening dining will make your experience more comfortable and fun.
When preparing for your stay, we recommend packing thoughtfully for a tropical climate, resort amenities, and evening events. Lightweight clothing, swimwear, and sandals are ideal for enjoying the pool and beach. Guests should also plan to have casual daytime attire available, as restaurants require appropriate clothing and do not allow swimwear during dining hours. For evenings, slightly dressier attire is appropriate throughout the resort. Dresses, jumpsuits, collared shirts, and lightweight trousers are well suited for dinner and wedding-related events. Comfortable walking shoes are encouraged due to the size of the property. Additional recommended items include sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, bug spray, and aloe or other skin-care essentials. A light sweater for cooler evenings, along with optional items such as a beach bag, reusable tumbler or water bottle, and personal items for photos or getting ready, may also enhance your stay.
Early June in the Riviera Maya is hot, sunny, and tropical, with daytime highs in the low to mid 90s and evenings in the mid to upper 70s. Brief rain showers are possible but typically pass quickly. The ocean stays warm and perfect for swimming. We recommend light, breathable clothing, sunscreen, and an optional light rain layer.
One of the great things about an all-inclusive vacation is that you don’t need to pull out your wallet often. Gratuities are included in the price. Additional tips are appreciated but never required. If you wish to tip luggage handlers, housekeepers, or wait staff, small bills are recommended. Spa services typically expect a tip.
