Unfortunately, there is not a room block deal that is better than the general public deals. Please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom if you would like to discuss lodging options other than those recommended on the Travel page.
First thing you have to do is determine the number of days you'll be staying in Florida. Are you coming just for the wedding? Do you want to make a vacation out of it and stay longer? However long you are visiting, make sure to book your stay as soon as you know you will be able to attend. There are a few recommendations on the travel page of the website and the bride and groom are happy to assist with finding additional options for lodging.
Disney World Park Tickets are not required for the ceremony or reception. For those that choose to join us after the reception, we will be exploring the World Showcase in Epcot at the Food and Wine Festival, which does require park tickets.

After you have booked your stay, make sure to add your reservation to your My Disney Experience account. This is an account where you can manage your reservations, book dining, and set your Fast Passes. There is, also, a mobile app that you can carry with you throughout the parks. The app is available on both Android and iPhone.
September is one of the best times of the year to visit Orlando. Disney will be decorated for Halloween, the Epcot Food and Wine Festival will be in full swing, and exclusive Halloween Events such as Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights. Make sure to buy tickets in advance for Mickey’s Not So Scary and Halloween Horror Nights.
If you are making the trip more of a vacation, and you are staying on property or through a Disney authorized hotel, you will be able to make dining reservations 180 days in advance. Otherwise, you will get a chance to make them 60 days in advance. To make dining reservations, you can go on the My Disney Experience App, Walt Disney World website, or call (407) 939-5277. All hotels on the Travel page are Disney authorized hotels.
The new FastPass systems allows you to choose up to 3 FastPasses in the same Park for each day you have included in your ticket purchase (starting 60 days before your trip for resort guests and 30 days before for all other guests). All hotels listed on our Travel Page honor the 60 day fastpass reservation. We highly recommend that you do this immediately 60 days/30 days out, so that you can make the most of your days in the Parks. It can be extremely difficult to get FastPasses the day-of for the more popular attractions. Following your use of the third pre-selected FastPass, you can then make another FastPass at any Park that day at either a FastPass+ Kiosk or on the MyDisneyExperience (MDE) App. You can continue this process until all FastPasses for the day have expired. We suggest that you avoid making FastPasses for fireworks and nighttime spectaculars as FastPasses for these events will prevent you from making further FastPasses after your 3 pre-selected FastPasses for the day.
When you book your rooms make sure to customize your magic bands in your My Disney Experience app. This is your keycard, park pass (if you purchase them), room charge card and more. DO NOT PACK YOUR MAGIC BANDS! They will be your key to the bus and your hotel room. We will be wearing ours to the airport.
Disney Resort Guests will also be able to enjoy Extra Magic Hours. On certain days of the week, guests can enter a park one hour earlier or stay in a park up to two hours later than normal park operating hours. Please check Disney Parks' Hours as your trip approaches.
