While we've often driven each other crazy, there are countless fond memories I have with my original partner-in-crime. Whether we're adventuring off in Thailand, or just playing a PC game together, Chris is without a doubt the best brother a guy could ask for.

I met Nonks in 2016 at my local connect group from Church. She is a bundle of joy packed with endless wisdom - always ready with much needed advice when you need it. Nonks has been there in both difficult and happy moment, and I can always trust her with my deepest thoughts. I sincerely enjoy her company, appreciate her support and admire her for who she is.

When you get partnered with a roommate at university, it's basically luck of the draw as to how well you both get along. For me, not only was Jeán my roommate, but also my classmate, and together we successfully struggled through four long years of Mechanical Engineering. During those years, Jeán became one of my closest friends, and my trips to his family's house in Cape Town was like visiting a home away from home.

Karlien and I met and became friends back in 2012 as first years at Potch. She became my connect group leader the following year and we have stayed friends ever since. Dedicated and loyal - she has been a reliable and supportive friend through the ups and downs of life. With her amazing insights she has taught me much and I am grateful for her friendship.

Having met as classmates in Grade 3, I quickly decided that this tall, whacky guy had to be my best friend. Darren and I lived less than 200 metres from one another, and our trips to one another's houses became a regular of our childhood, all the way through to high school and beyond. Despite moving to different parts of the country (and the world, at times), Darren is one of those guys who may be better called a "brother" than just a friend.

I met Lin-Marie in 2017 at work, and she has been a true and loyal friend since. We became especially close when we both went to Samoa where we shared a room and worked many late nights together. She played a big role in making accounting articles a little bit easier to bear. Always willing to listen, laugh and cry with you, she is a true and wonderful friend.
