WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!

In August of 2019, a dear friend set us up on a (semi) blind date. Neither of us really knew what to expect - we knew of each other but hadn't spent much time around each other outside of Chatters. We went on the date, it went great, and then... nothing happened. Much to Brittan's chagrin, Josh waited another five months before asking her out. As we all know, Brittan is a very patient person (not) and really enjoyed waiting for Josh to get around to asking her out again (not). But quickly after they started dating, things got serious and they knew they'd be together forever!

Josh proposed on April 17, 2021, in Fayetteville, AR. They had gone out of town for the weekend with two other couples for what Brittan thought was a going-away party for two friends that were moving to Pennsylvania soon. The weekend was full of fun, shopping, and great food- so Brittan wasn't surprised when everyone wanted to visit a local vineyard/trails to continue the fun! At the vineyard, the group went on a walk through their trails and the girls started taking pictures. Josh and Brittan went to take a cute pic and just as the camera flashed, Josh dropped to a knee and asked her to be his wife! Brittan was quite surprised but managed to get out several yeses!
