Question

Will face masks and social distancing be enforced due to COVID-19?

Answer

We want nothing more than to have a safe and happy wedding for ourselves and all of our friends and family. We are following all government mandates, including (but not limited to): Requiring face masks, enforcing social distancing, and individually served/wrapped food. We ask that if you are not fully vaccinated by our big day that you quarantine for 10 days and/or receive a negative covid test result prior to arrival.

Can I bring a guest to the wedding?

Answer

While we LOVE meeting new people, we ask that you do not bring additional friends to the wedding outside of who the invite was addressed to. Not only will this throw off our food count, but we are also at full capacity due to COVID restrictions. Under the government mandate for venue capacities, any additional guests will have to be turned away.

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

There will not be a shuttle from the hotel to the shuttle for anyone outside of the wedding party. There is ample parking at both the hotel and venue and they are only 4 miles apart. Please drive safely and responsibly.

What if I don't eat beef, chicken or fish?

Answer

Please make sure to note on your reception card any dietary restrictions. We will make sure to accommodate any and all meal choices.

Can I book my hotel online?

Answer

You absolutely can book online, but we recommend calling in order to get the room block rate. Please note all rooms must be booked by April 29th in order to receive the discounted rate. All rooms are king suites.

Are there restaurants and food nearby if we arrive early?

Answer

The hotel and venue are in an area full of things to do and eat. If you get hungry, the hotel is nextdoor to a Texas Roadhouse, and across the street from Chipotle, Emiliano's Mexican Grill, Burgatory, Panera, Bonefish, and First Watch to name a few. Needing some dessert? We highly recommend Graeter’s Ice Cream!
