Le Meridien in downtown Denver is the hotel hosting the wedding families and parties Friday August 21 to Saturday August 22 for our optional Mass Ceremony at the Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception. Hotel
About an hour from the Denver airport, placed in an old mining town in the mountains is the hotel we chose to host our guests for the Welcome party on 8/22 and our reception on 8/23. The welcome party will be in a conference room at this hotel.
Shuttle
August 23, 2026 3:15 pm - 10:45 pm
We will have shuttles for our guests to ride comfortably and safely to our reception and back. They each seat 14 and the company is very familiar with the route! Please be aware the route between the hotel and venue is 35 minutes and through the mountains, so there will be some gravel roads, steep hills, and tight turns! We will have one shuttle departing from the venue at 8:00pm and 9:00pm. The rest of our guests will leave at 10:00pm when the reception has ended. RSVP for the shuttle online. If you choose to drive separately, please personally inform the bride.
