A Memphis tradition since 1948, this spot will always be special to the Wegelins. They had their first date here and started the tradition of making the infamous BBQ nachos on their own! Visit The Rendezvous for a fun food experience -- you can't go wrong with anything on the menu!

The Peabody Memphis

While this is now the venue for The Wegelin Wedding, you definitely want to experience more than just the ceremony and reception while here! Eat, drink, shop and watch the famous duck walk at this historic Memphis staple! The ducks march daily at 11am and 5pm, so plan your brunch or happy hour to experience this century-long Memphis tradition.

Allow at least 2 hours for this attraction so you can have the full experience. If you don't have time to tour the museum, definitely visit the site to take a picture of the Lorraine Hotel and a special part of American History. Open 9am-5pm. Not within walking distance from downtown but just a 15-minute and $20 uber ride away for those Elvis fans who are "all shook up"! Allow at least 2 hours for your visit, and visit the website to see tour options. Basic tour prices start at $41 for adults and $21 for children. Open Monday - Saturday 9am-5pm Sunday 9am-4pm Free walk-ups to the Meditation Garden are daily from 7:30-8:30am

Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid

It's a new national destination experience located inside the massive iconic Pyramid in Downtown Memphis. This immersive retail experience offers something for everyone from the serious outdoor enthusiast to families looking to have fun. Inside the expansive 535,000-square-foot pyramid are many experiences and photo-ops! Feed the aquarium fish, eat at Uncle Buck's Fishbowl and Grill, or ride the world's tallest freestanding elevator to the top of the Pyramid -- plus much more! Admission to the store is free. Select attractions require a fee. Elevator access to The Lookout, the observation deck located at the top of the Pyramid, is $10 (kids can ride for $5 until 4 p.m.). Guests can also purchase an annual membership for $100. Admission is included for Big Cypress Lodge guests. Bass Pro Shops is open 364 Days a Year!
