This place has AWESOME food. Jon and I love to take guests here. Literally everything we have eaten here was fantatic.
DO - Asheville Retrocade
We love going here - pay $10 to play as many games as you can. An awesome night out!
EAT - Umi
The best thing on this menu is the crab salad. Great sushi too!
DO - River Arts District
The River Arts District (RAD) has so many cool things to check out. Make sure to visit the graffiti park, the Marquee Art Museum, and Wedge Brewing.
EAT - The Square Root
Jon loved the Maple Glazed Salmon.
DO - Brewery Hop in Mills River, NC

Best cheesecake around - hands down.
DO - The North Carolina Arboretum
Where we got engaged! It's a beautiful place to walk around and view all of the amazing plants.
EAT - Isa's Bistro
The duck is totally worth it.
DO - Brevard Waterfalls
Waterfalls are THE thing to do when you visit Brevard, NC. Here are some of our favorites: 1. Looking Glass Falls (we took our engagement pictures here) 2. Moore Cove Falls 3. Sliding Rock 4. Rainbow Falls 5. Hooker Falls
EAT - Red Ginger Dimsum & Tapas
Jon gets two orders of green beans when we go here. Awesome dim sum as well!
DO - Blue Ridge Parkway
This is THE thing to do in Asheville and NOW is the time. Drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway - the 469-mile scenic road passes showcases stunning mountain and tree views.
EAT - plant
Stunning, amazing vegan food. Make sure to try the vegan desserts (specifically the brownie a la mode).
EAT - Huli Sue's BBQ and Grill
The brussels sprouts, grilled pineapple, and ahi tuna are incredible.
EAT - Daddy Mac's Down Home Dive
This place has a cool vibe, with super great mac & cheese and wings.
