FAQs

The Wedding Website of Jackie James and Jonathan Wehausen
Question

What is the ceremony dress code?

Answer

Since our ceremony is an intimate occasion, we want to take lots of photos with you! Please come dressed in semi-formal attire (ex: slacks, suits, dresses, etc). We are requesting all guests to wear various shades of blue (because of the Blue Ridge Mountains). Heads up - a jacket might be necessary during fall time in the mountains.

Question

Why are the ceremony and reception separate?

Answer

We are keeping our ceremony private with just some family members. We are so excited to celebrate with you at our reception!

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one or children?

Answer

Our wedding will be very intimate. Only guests named on the invitation will be invited to the ceremony. However, children and plus ones are invited to the Brewery to celebrate afterward!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired an amazing photographer to capture all of the special moments during the ceremony. We would love you to be fully present and kindly request that you put away your phones.

Question

What is the dress code for the reception?

Answer

Come as you are! It's at a brewery ... so bring yourself, no need to worry about what to wear.

Question

Do you have a hotel suggestion?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Hyatt Place Asheville Airport, that we would love for you to utilize. More information about the hotel is included under the "Travel" tab.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Please check out our "Registry" tab for more information.

Question

Who should I contact if I have any additional questions?

Answer

Please send all further questions to our coordinator: Alyssa Bhagwat 808-220-6405
