The Henson Family Home, Horseshoe Bend, ID
Shuttles will be provided from the Hilton Garden Inn in Eagle. Guests are also welcome to drive themselves, limited driveway parking will be available.
2:30 PM – Shuttles Begin
First pickup from the Hilton Garden Inn to the venue (approx. 25-30 min drive)
Early arrivals can enjoy games, cocktails and light bites on the lawn
3:00 – 3:45 PM – Pre-Ceremony Welcome
Cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and charcuterie available inside the house
Lawn games on the side yard
4:00 PM – Ceremony Begins
On the front lawn with a mountain view backdrop
4:30 PM – Cocktail Hour
Enjoy drinks and mingle while we transition to the reception.
5:15 PM – Shuttle to Reception
Guests will be transported the short distance from the ceremony to the barn for dinner & dancing.
5:30 PM – Dinner & Reception
Dinner, speeches, cake cutting, and a dance party to follow!
8:30 PM – First Shuttle to Hotel Departs
Shuttle back to the Hilton Garden Inn
