Can children come to the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening!

Question

Is transportation provided for the wedding?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation, but we have a room block at the Hyatt right next door to our venue! Additionally, if you need assistance walking over to the venue their generous hotel staff will offer a quick golf cart ride to the entrance. There is also a Marriott on the other side of our venue that is walking distance; however, we do not have a room block at this location. If you are staying a bit further from the venue, there is a large abundance of Uber and Lyft drivers in the area :)

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! Indian Wells Golf Resort provides complimentary valet parking.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be located outside and the reception will be taking place inside. While we anticipate a warm and sunny weekend, it can get chilly when the sun goes down!

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can do so by accessing the "Registry" tab on our website. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

Could you suggest places to eat, drink and see while I am in town?

Answer

Of course! We are so excited to have you for our celebration, but also want you to experience all the wonderful things the desert has to offer. Check out the "Things to Do" on our website for more information!
