What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM on Sunday. We ask that guests plan to arrive by 4:30 to find your seat and settle in.

Are the ceremony and reception both at Hotel Haya?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place at Hotel Haya, located at 1412 E 7th Ave, Tampa, FL 33605. Once you arrive, everything will be in one location — no mid-event travel required.

Are my children invited to the wedding?

Answer

We are hosting an adults-only celebration. While we adore your little ones, only children specifically named on the invitation are invited We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Can I bring a Plus-One?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on the invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, their name will be indicated on your RSVP.

What should I wear?

Formal Attire is required at our Wedding. Please visit the What To Wear Page! There's inspiration, guidelines, and attire details for both our Wedding Ceremony and Reception, and the Welcome Party.

Are the ceremony and reception indoors?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception are entirely indoors. Cocktail Hour will also be indoors. Please dress accordingly, and fear not - rain or shine the show will go on.

Where Should I Park?

Answer

For those who are local or driving in - there are some parking lots in the surrounding area as well as limited street parking. Hotel Haya offers valet parking at a cost, but for those who are traveling in we recommend using rideshare (i.e; Uber, Lyft, etc).

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

Dinner will be an elegant buffet, followed by dessert and late-night fun. If you noted dietary restrictions on your RSVP, we’ve got you covered.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep phones away during the ceremony and be fully present with us. Once cocktail hour begins, feel free to snap away.
