Maid of Honor
Janelle is Camille's oldest sister and built-in best friend. When Camille first moved to Fort Wayne and was living with Janelle, she also wore the hat of "strict parent". They frequently make each other laugh until they can't breathe and show up late to nearly every function.
Best Man
Zach is Darren’s older brother, which means the two didn’t always get along. Zach put Darren through his fair share of torture, but the experiences ultimately forged a very strong relationship between them. Despite his “tough guy” act, Zach has always cared deeply for his brothers, regardless of their differences, and manages to bring everyone together.
Bridesmaid
Sarah and Camille met freshman year of college and they’ve been each other’s constant source of laughter and support ever since. They have made many late-night McDonald’s runs for emotional support sodas and frequently dream of quitting their jobs to run a cat cafe together.
Groomsman
As Darren’s oldest brother, Skyler may differ from him in many ways, but they share a strong bond and deep care for one another. That bond may have been sealed the first time Skyler drove Darren, an experience that nearly ended with them in a tree after a snowstorm. It’s hard not to be close to someone after a near-death experience like that... even when that person is technically responsible. It’s okay, though, because Darren will never let him live it down.
Bridesmaid
Demi and Camille first met through Darren’s friend, Ben—who was dating Demi at the time. Over time, Demi and Camille grew so close that they now joke they’re probably closer than Darren and Ben! They even got their first cartilage piercings together (though Camille hadn’t been pierced yet in the picture, don't let the tears fool you).
Groomsman
Ben and Darren met in high school and have stayed close despite the growing physical distance between them. Much of that is thanks to their shared love of nerding out over real-time strategy games and war games (though they’ll admit that Camille and Demi’s friendship helps, too). After all, who else can relate to having a wife who spontaneously turns the living room into a craft room?
Bridesmaid
Alaina and Camille are cousins who grew up staying up way past bedtime playing video games and watching scary movies together. Camille even got her first two cats from Alaina (who are now unbelievably spoiled).
Groomsman
Tony has been a friend to all three Vendrely brothers since childhood. In many ways, he’s an unofficial fourth brother who has always been a part of Darren’s life. As kids, the Vendrely boys would play with Tony and his siblings until daylight ran out. As adults, their families remain connected, proving that some friendships don’t just survive childhood—they become a permanent part of the family.
Bridesmaid
Kristal is Camille’s sister, which once meant endless “sharing” of clothes, CD players, and art supplies (mostly on Camille’s terms). These days, they’ve perfected the art of lovingly teasing each other from a comfortable distance.
Groomsman
Devin is Darren’s childhood friend. They met playing video games at the ages of 9 and 10, and their friendship has lasted ever since. Devin now serves in the National Guard in D.C., so they don’t get as much time together as they used to, but their bond continues strong, no matter the distance or schedule. Their friendship is living proof that whoever said you shouldn’t talk to strangers on the internet clearly had it all wrong.
Bridesmaid
Maddie first came into Camille’s life as her personal trainer, but quickly became a close friend. She coached Camille through her very first powerlifting competition (pictured). For the first four years of their friendship, Maddie had not met Darren—it was a running joke that he didn't actually exist!
Groomsman
Darren and Logan became friends in 6th grade and have grown into the best of friends since. They still talk at least every other day. Funny enough, they actually met as kids in Charger Youth Football, but neither realized it at the time. Over the years, they’ve bonded over video games, anime, and guns- because nothing says “best friends forever” like a shared love of virtual battles and animated explosions.
