1. All guests are required to have their temperature checked via contactless scanning. If any guest has a temperature of 100.4° Fahrenheit they will not be permitted to attend the event. There will be no exceptions. 2. All guests are required to fill out a COVID-19 health questionnaire. This consists of queries on symptoms, recent travel history and any previously known contact. You will be asked to sign this document, stating that you have not falsified any of this information. 3. Masks are required to be worn at all times - except when seated or eating and drinking.
You must show proof of testing negative within 72 hours of the event OR proof of Full vaccination (2 shots for Moderna and Pfizer, 1 shot for J&J) Proof is whatever method the testing site provides to give you the result of the test. In some cases it can be a physical sheet of paper, a link to a website, link to a portal. You can take a screen shot of the results and that would suffice. If you are vaccinated, you can either present your vax card or you can just take a picture of it and show it.
