Co-Maid of Honour
Cheryl and I met on our first day of nursing school. She had announced to the class that she made a Facebook group and I went up to her asking if I could be an admin. Cheryl has always been such a supportive friend throughout my life from day one. She's always looking out for her friends, laughing at the best moments, and is just an overall amazing human being. I'm so excited to see her getting married to the love of her life.
Co-Maid of Honour
I met Cheryl back in our theatre kid days! From singing together on the NAC stage in the Cappies Chorus as teenagers, to college and beyond... we've been side by side through it all. I cannot wait to see my best friend marry the love of her life!
Bridesmaid
I met Cheryl at Algonquin College in my first year after joining the conservative club. Since then we've been on so many adventures to Toronto, Niagara Falls, Montreal, and Kingston. I met Gord through Cheryl and I cannot think of a better man for her. Two people bound together through their love, friendship, and cringe humour.
Bridesmaid
I met Cheryl in ceramics class at Merivale High School and we came to find that we had lived only houses away from each other for years. From high school to college, Cheryl has been the most supportive friend even through some of my toughest times. I met Gord through Cheryl in college. It has been wonderful to watch their love grow and I am ever so happy for their future together.
Best Man
I met both Gord and Cheryl at the Observatory at Algonquin. Since then, we have been on multiple adventures and have had an amazing friendship through all the sporting events we go to and the games we play. I'm so happy to see them getting married.
Groomsman
Being in your late 20s means that some of your friends are eating cereal at 2am in their pajamas on a Wednesday, and others are getting married. Gord and I became friends in college through our mutual friend, Tristan. It's so easy being Gord's friend because he treats life like an improv class. It's always "yes, and?" with him. Cheryl introduced me to my girlfriend Sonia, so I guess she's cool too.
Groomsman
Gord and I met in college, in our first year of Mechanical Engineering. Since then, he has been a fellow room escaper, trail hiker, board gamer, drinking buddy, and pyromaniac. I'm truly lucky to count Gord and Cheryl among my friends, and I know they will love and grow together as they take this next step.
Emcee
I met Cheryl through my fiance, Sofia. One day I randomly got a DM from her asking what my intentions were with her friend. Since then, Cheryl and Gord have been amazing friends, willing to play any board game and bring their competitiveness. I'm so excited to see them get married and start their lives together.
