Guests may start arriving at 3:15 pm. Please be at the venue by no later than 3:45 pm so you are able to find a seat in time for the ceremony to begin. To minimize distractions, late parties will not be permitted entrance to the ceremony and will be asked to wait until cocktail hour has begun. Thank you for understanding.
Unfortunately, the venue is only accessible by car. Please refer to the "Travel" section of our website for more details.
There is an abundance of free parking on-site at the venue. Guests are welcome to leave any vehicles overnight if needed.
The ceremony will be open seating except for the front row which will be reserved for immediate family. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are seated with someone they know.
Please refer to our website's "Travel" section for hotel suggestions. There are no on-site accommodations available.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outside. Dinner and dancing will be indoors in an air-conditioned space. In the case of inclement weather, there is space indoors for everything.
Our dress code is formal - we want to see everyone looking their best. This is your excuse to get dressed up and wear that suit or gown that you can't wear anywhere else. Pretend you're attending a charity gala or a Hollywood premeire. Seriouly, go all out. Please wear nothing white or any t-shirts, jeans, camo, golf shirts, shorts, etc. Gold, black, and jewel tones are highly encouraged! If you are unsure of what to wear, copy-paste the following link for some ideas: https://www.theknot.com/content/formal-wedding-attire
While we love your little ones dearly, we have decided on a child-free event. Please use the wedding as your excuse to have a date night.
As we would like our wedding to be as intimate as possible, we will not be extending plus ones. If your partner is invited, their name will be listed on your save-the-date and formal invitation.
We've hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture our day. So we can all enjoy and stay in the moment, we are asking for an unplugged ceremony. Please silence all devices and keep them put away during the ceremony. Feel free to take as many pictures you would like during cocktail hour and the reception.
There will be an open bar available during cocktail hour and the reception. If our pre-set cap is reached, it will become a cash bar. Unlimited white and red wine will be served during dinner.
Dinner will be a formal, plated, three-course, gourmet meal. You are able to choose your main course when you RSVP. Appetizers will be served during cocktail hour and there will be a late-night poutine bar to help fuel your dancing.
Right away! :) Please click on the "RSVP" section of the website and you can confirm your attendance. This is also where you will be able to make your menu selection for dinner. Please make sure to RSVP by April 1st or you will be marked as not attending. Our vendors require an accurate guest count for the meal. If you can't make it, please let us know as soon as possible.
