It is the most convenient option for guests attending our celebration—just seven minutes from the venue—and offers a complimentary shuttle that will run throughout the day and evening for your convenience. Please use the booking link below, or you may call the hotel directly to make reservations at (608) 437-5200, by adding the group code "vacha" when booking, this will allow you to receive your room at a discounted rate. This block offers room availability for Thursday August 13th 2026 & Friday August 14th 2026. Please note that the hotel has reserved a limited number of discounted rooms for our block, which will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to book early to take advantage of the discounted rate before the block fills. If the block fills up, additional rooms may still be available to book directly with the hotel at the standard rate. Please be sure to book your stay by Monday, July 13, 2026, as the room block and discounted rate will expire after this date and will no longer be available to guests.

A shuttle service will be available between the GrandStay Hotel & Suites Mount Horeb–Madison and The Eloise, with return service from The Eloise back to the hotel running throughout the evening. For family and friends flying from out of state; the MSN airport is conveniently located 40 minutes away from the GrandStay Hotel & Suites Mount Horeb-Madison & The Eloise.
