The favor of your reply is kindly requested by Wednesday, the First of July.
Due to limited venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your wedding invitation. If a plus one has been extended to you, it will be indicated on your formal invitation.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. Guests are kindly requested to arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to allow adequate time for seating.
We would love for our guests to join us in dressing up for this special occasion. Formal attire is kindly requested. We respectfully ask that guests refrain from wearing white or light-colored attire, as well as jeans or denim.
Shuttle transportation will be available throughout the wedding day to and from the GrandStay Hotel & Suites Mount Horeb-Madison and The Eloise for the convenience of our guests. Please refer to the “Hotel & Shuttle” tab above for additional information. Shuttle schedules will be provided at a later date.
Ample complimentary parking will be available at the venue. For any vehicles left overnight, we kindly ask that they be picked up by 9:00 a.m. on the morning following the wedding.
We kindly request that guests refrain from using phones, cameras, or other electronic devices during the ceremony so that everyone may be fully present in the moment. Our photographer will be capturing these special memories, and we will be delighted to share the photographs with you afterward.
