San Juan Airport - Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU)

San Juan's major airport is the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, airport code SJU. Many of the major airlines have numerous flights daily, such as Jet Blue, Delta and United. In order to get the lowest priced air flights, we recommend to our guest to utilize google flights tracker and download the app Hopper. Both google flights and Hopper will let you know when the flight prices are lowest for a selected time frame. Transportation to/from Airport: - Uber is available in the city of San Juan and can be easily accessed through the Uber app! - Shuttle services are also an option, including Puerto Rico Shuttle (https://www.puertoricoshuttle.com/reservations?menu=ARRIVAL) and Airport Shuttles (https://www.airportshuttles.com/san-juan.php), and Shuttle Van PR (https://shuttlevanpr.com/).

For your comfort and convenience, we recommend staying in the metro area. Most of the activities will be in San Juan. The wedding venue ( Hacienda Siesta Alegre ) is located 35/40 minutes outside of the metro area. Here’s a list of recommended hotels: La Concha Renaissance San Juan Resort (Metro Area) AC Hotel San Juan Condado (Metro Area) Or feel free to book any hotels or Airbnb for groups of 4 and more around San Juan or close to the Hacienda.

Several rental car services are offered on the Island if you would like to do some exploring outside of the City of San Juan. The rental car companies include Enterprise, Hertz, Avis, Target, and more. The major rental car companies are all available directly from the San Juan Airport.

San Juan has some beautiful homes all around and you can find them on Airbnb! For better access to restaurants, festivities, excursions, and more, we recommend our guests to primarily focus on the neighborhoods of Ocean Park and Condado. There are many other awesome neighborhoods that our guests are welcome to stay at such as Old San Juan, however, staying in the metro area you will have to plan for a 35/40 minute drive to our venue on 12/14/2023. Another recommendation is to stay around Rio Grande or Luquillo for a short drive to the wedding.
