Agnes is built entirely around the concept of cooking on an open fire. Even the interior, kept minimal to highlight the heritage building it is housed in, is hearth-like. Spread over three levels, in three distinct areas – the main dining room, a wine bar and a terrace.
Biànca was born out of a desire to bring the spirit of Italian dining to Ada Lane, capturing the effervescence of a classic trattoria within a sleek, warm and colourful setting. The compact and pink design has nods to the architecture of both ancient and contemporary Italy.
Gemelli simply translates from Italian as "twins," reflecting our close-knit bond and shared culinary heritage. Growing up in a family steeped in Italian traditions, we learned from an early age to cherish both fine cuisine and the art of preparing it. From annual rituals like sauce and salami making with Nonno, to the simple joy of sharing wine with loved ones, our journey has always been fuelled by a deep passion for Italian food and culture.
