A little about the venue

Answer

We are getting married at Bethel Rock in Leonard, Texas! It is about an hour and fifteen minutes north east of Dallas. It is a modern ranch style venue with longhorns and lots of outdoor space. We will be having the ceremony outside if the weather permits, so make sure to check the forecast and bring appropriate shoes. There will also be a golf cart to transport anyone who has difficulty making a bit of a walk or going up and down stairs. What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that you come dressed in semiformal or cocktail attire. Cowboy hats are encouraged (:

Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten free food options?

Answer

Yes! For those of you who we know have restricted diets and are either vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free, we will have food for you! If you are concerned on whether or not we are aware of you food preferences, please let us know.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The venue has its own parking lot for those of you who are driving. If you need to leave your car over night, you may; however it will need to be picked back up between 8 am and 10 am the following morning.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Saturday morning from 9 am to 2 pm we will be hosting brunch in the park to extend visiting time with anyone who would like to stop by! We will be at Finch Park west pavilion which is an 8 minutes drive from the Sheraton in Mckinney.

Can we uber from the venue?

Answer

We have been informed that our guests should have no problem getting a ride share to the venue, but getting one back to where you are staying outside of Leonard can be difficult as it is not a very populated area. The wedding venue suggested that if you do choose to get a ride share both ways, inform the driver to the venue that you will need to be picked up at a given time.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

If your RSVP indicates, you may bring a plus one.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided. There will be a shuttle departing from the hotel at 3:15 to take guest to the ceremony. There will two shuttles provided in the evening for those who also need a ride back to the hotel. One leaves the venue at 9 pm and one will leave at 11 pm
