What will the weather be like?

Answer

Colorado has more than 300 days of sunshine each year, so we are hopeful for a beautiful and sunny wedding weekend, but the weather is often unpredictable and can quickly change in the mountains. The temperature during the day may reach up to 80 degrees or more, but nights in the mountains can get quite chilly (from 40-50 degrees). So it’s best to pack and wear layers. Umbrellas are a MUST!

Are kids invited?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception will be an adult only affair, as we would like our friends and family to relax and enjoy an evening with no obligations! There are several babysitting services that come highly recommended. These babysitting services will ask you about your children’s ages and specific needs so they may bring age appropriate toys and pair you with the perfect nanny for the evening. Will there be a shuttle to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle provided to take guests to and from the wedding. The shuttle will pick up all guests in front of the Marriott Hotel at 3pm. If you prefer to drive, there is parking at the venue. Keep in the mind that the drive to the venue from Vail Village is about a 40 minute drive up the mountain. We promise it is worth it!

What is the attire?

Answer

The attire is cocktail attire, but we want you to be comfortable! Colorado weather can be unpredictable- please remember to bring an umbrella if a short rain should occur, and a light jacket for when the sun goes down.
