Answer

The wedding is in late August in Sacramento. Expect warm weather.

Question

What date do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Once formal invitations are sent by mail, please RSVP by June 29, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as a "no". We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative that we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, plus-ones are only extended to specific guests. If you have been invited to bring a guest, their name will be listed on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion, with the exception of those in the bridal party. Teenagers/Adults who have been formally invited will be named on the invitation.

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Dress to impress! Formal attire or traditional Nigerian attire is requested. Think summer evening elegance—long gowns, tailored suits, and elevated looks. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream.

Question

Is there parking available near your venue?

Answer

Free parking will be available for guests in the venue's lot.

Question

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to bless us with a gift, please refer to our "Registry" section on our website. A wedding card box will be available at the reception. In addition, we will be celebrating with a traditional Nigerian dance, and guests are encouraged to bring dollar bills to the wedding reception to honor this tradition.
