FAQs

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest loved ones. While you may be traveling with other friends or family (and we love that!), our celebration will be intimate, so we’re unable to extend additional invites.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We truly love your little ones, but we’ve chosen to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration, with the exception of our bridal party. We hope this gives all our guests the chance to relax and enjoy the evening with us. If you’re turning the trip into a family getaway, it could be the perfect excuse to line up a trusted sitter so you can sneak away for a well deserved night off.

Question

Food restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Dinner will be shared family-style, with a variety of dishes grown and sourced straight from the farm - so there’ll be something for everyone. We’ll also be collecting any allergy info to make sure you're well taken care of.

Question

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

With September still being high season in Greece, traditional hotel blocks aren’t available. Instead, we’ve added a few recommendations on our Travel & Stay page for you to check out.

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

We have a complimentary shuttle running to and from the venue - check out the Travel & Stay page for all the details. Prefer to make your own way? Taxis and driving are also options. Please note transportation in Greece can be a little unpredictable, so plan accordingly if you're making your own way there.

Question

How do I get phone service abroad?

Answer

We recommend Airolo, a digital eSIM you can set up in minutes from your phone. Just download the app and activate your Greece plan when you arrive!

Question

What travel documents are required?

Answer

Canadians don’t need a visa to enter Greece for stays up to 90 days. Just make sure your passport is valid for at least 3 months beyond your return date.

Question

What’s the weather like?

Answer

It's historically sunny, dry, and around 28°C by day, cooling to a comfy 24°C at night during early September. The sea is warm and perfect for a swim this time of year, so be sure to pack your bathing suit, sunnies, and SPF!
