We recommend that you plan to arrive on or before Friday. You will need a current passport to fly to Puerto Vallarta, please plan accordingly. Upon exiting Customs continue straight to exit the airport completely. We recommend that you do not stop to speak with anyone as vendors will attempt to sign you up for timeshares, rental cars, etc.

Please Note: The hotel does not have a restaurant, however, there are many bars and restaurants within close walking distance. All rooms have a full kitchenette, we highly recommend visiting the market or nearby convenience store to stock up on food, snacks, alcohol and bottled water. Upon request, the hotel concierge will stock your room with groceries prior to your arrival. Please contact the hotel for more information about this service.

Transportation from Airport to Hotel

The Pinnacle 180 offers transportation service from the airport to the hotel. Other Transportation Services

Uber - Uber is widely used in Puerto Vallarta and is the least expensive transportation service. We have used Uber many times in Puerto Vallarta with no issue. Note: The Uber pick-up location at the airport can be difficult to find. Upon exiting the airport go left and go all the way to the end. Take the pedestrian bridge to cross the street. Uber picks up on the other side of the street from the airport. ***NOTE: The cars are very small, you likely cannot fit more than 2 people with luggage in an airport Uber Taxi - Upon exiting the airport there will be a large amount of people offering taxis. Make sure to ask for an Authorized Taxi service when getting a taxi. They will be able to show you a standard rate card with a set rate to the hotel that will be paid upon exiting the airport at the parking kiosk.
