Yes! Upon entering Gate 2, there is a designated parking lot for guests. Parking is complimentary, but you’ll need to register your car. You can make things easy by pre-registering ahead of time using this link: https://www.offstreet.io/events/AR3ZNR1Q If you’d rather skip parking altogether, feel free to take an Uber or Lyft! For anyone who doesn’t see this note, there will be a QR code at the wedding where guests can quickly register their car. If someone accidentally pays for parking onsite, they can also use that link to request a refund. With that in mind—and knowing how Dallas traffic can be—we recommend arriving about 30 minutes before the ceremony so you have plenty of time to park, validate your car, and enjoy the gardens before the wedding begins at 5:30pm!
The ceremony will be starting at 5:30pm, so we advise to arrive around 5:00pm to give ample time to park, register your car for parking if you drove, say hi to a few people you may know, and find your seats at the ceremony site. Please note that Dallas traffic can be heavy on Fridays during rush hour, so please be mindful of this when planning your departure time!
The wedding will be outdoors so we can all enjoy the beautiful scenery that the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens has to offer.
You never really know with Texas weather, but springtime in Texas is usually around 75 to 80 degrees during the day and gets chilly later in the night.
The dress code is formal attire. Please feel free to dress up! Women are encouraged to wear long and/or formal dresses while men are encouraged to wear a suit and tie or a tuxedo. It may get a bit chilly in the evening, so feel free to bring a light layer! Please note that there will be pavement, turf, and grass surfaces, so please keep this in mind when selecting shoes!
