Yes! We have arranged a shuttle to transport guests to and from the American Inn in Viroqua so you can stay and dance without needing to find a sober ride or drive at night. There will be one shuttle before the wedding leaving the hotel at 3:10 PM. Shuttles to the hotel will plan to depart at 10:00 PM, 11:00 PM and 12:45 AM. If you miss the shuttle on the way there, feel free to leave your car at the venue overnight and shuttle back to the hotel!
There is more than enough parking! The ceremony is a short walk away from the reception area but there are a handful of extra parking spaces there for any guests that find it easier to drive.
Yes! Formal attire is preferred such as dresses, jumpsuits, or suit coats and slacks. We would love for you to feel comfortable and a little fancy! Please no shorts or jeans.
Please try and arrive by 3:45 as the ceremony will start promptly at 4!
FOR FRIDAY: Any time after 6 PM if great! We will plan on wrapping up the party around 8:30 PM so no later than that please. [To avoid any confusion - just a reminder to arrive by 3:45 PM on saturday]
While we love your kiddos, we ask that only kids that are specifically included in your invites attend the wedding and ceremony.
If you're in town early please stop by the venue Friday night! Starting after our rehearsal around 6:30/7PM. We will have some dessert/snacks! Please see the schedule for more details.
