Question

How many people will be in attendance at your wedding? Does it follow COVID-19 guidelines in Traverse City? How are you keeping me safe?

Answer

We will have 160 guests at our wedding and 7 vendors on site. Our venue is set to fit 300 guests so we are near 50% capacity. Our ceremony seats will be distanced and set in smaller groups for families/friends who have been around each other. We have tables that will fit 10-12 people per table and each table is 6 feet apart. We are seating family/friends who have seen each other but have some cases where individuals are sitting with those they may not have seen. Please reach out if you to the bride/groom if you have concerns about your seating during dinner. Traverse City area is in Phase 5 of the reopening plan for Michigan. We will be in full compliance with the 250 people maximum in an outdoor gathering. We have ordered a separate tent for our dance floor and stage which allow more room for the reception. Masks will be provided for you and we encourage you to wear one when interacting with others during our celebration.

Of course! The easiest option would be to use our block at the Leelanau Sands Casino or book an Airbnb. Check out our Travel page for more information.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all our wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend the ceremony or reception.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation from Leelanau Sands Casino to Aurora Cellars and back.

Are other ways of transportation if I'm not staying at Leelanau Sands Casino?

Answer
