Can I take photos/post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

We ask that you be in the moment with us, and not get in the way of the photographer we hired to capture everything. We will share those moments and photos with you as soon as possible. We also kindly ask that you do not post any photos until Allen and Ashley have had the chance to do so first.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are going for a cocktail to semi-formal look at our wedding. A nice evening dress short or long for the ladies, and slacks and button down for the men. A tie is not necessary, but encouraged. No jeans or t shirts. Bring your flip flops for the dance floor! Keep in mind while our wedding is inside, it is still the dead of SWFL summer. And of course, white, champagne, and ivory is reserved for the bride.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 pm. If you don’t want to get locked out… we suggest you arrive no later than 4:45 pm.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Trust us, we love your kids! But we want this night to be a night out where you don't have to worry about your kid running around the venue, swiping icing off the cake, or crashing our first dance. Let's have some kid-free fun. We also understand if you are not able to attend our wedding if childcare is an issue. We will love you still :)

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you were given a plus one, use it! If you weren't, we are sad to say we can't invite everyone.

My plus one can’t make it, can I invite someone else in their place?

Answer

No. We have created a list with all the people we want to spend our wedding day with. Please refer to your RSVP card for the invited guests.

Where can I find your registry?

Answer

We have our registry right here on our website! You can also find our registry on Amazon and Target by searching our names, Ashley Diaz and/or Allen Espinal.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

You can absolutely bring your gift to the wedding! Our shipping address is also available on our registries, and on the envelope your invitation was mailed in.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar. Tips are appreciated and encouraged.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be inside :) There will be a brief moment in between the ceremony and cocktail hour that we will ask all the guests to step outside, in order to reset the room for the reception.

What’s the parking situation look like?

Answer

There is plenty of parking on site; enough for 125 cars!
